Design fees of 20% are added to all purchases. We even have a program that lets the design client pay directly for purchases to save on local taxes and provide travel award miles on their respective credit cards. The design purchase fees are then invoiced separately. Time is billed out at $100.00 per man hour and billed weekly. In the event a design client wishes to place their home or condo into our Luxury rental program then the hourly fee is reduced to $75.00 per hour with a one year minimum participation agreement in our luxury rental program. In the event of a project that requires overseas travel for sourcing, manufacturing, buying and importing of custom building products or furnishings, a written quote and budget will be provided in advance for the clients approval and signature.
